Walker and his crew did an outstanding job in design and execution of a challenging backyard project. He listened to our wishes and provided everything we had asked for and more. I have worked with numerous contractors on an assortment of projects and Walker’s follow through was by far the best I have ever dealt with. If he was going to be later than he had told us the day before he always called with the updated time. He finished the job on time and on the budget he had quoted us. I have contacted Walker several times over the past few months with questions regarding the care of our plants and he always returned my calls in a professional and timely fashion. Walker offered the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He was prompt courteous and cared about his work. His measurements were spot on and he made sure that the crews did an excellent job. I have over 30 years of customer service so I can definitely judge the quality of the service he provided.. he put down almost an entire acre of grass for me and had to re slope the entire property. Walker and his team exceeded our expectations. He did our driveway, walkway and small area where we keep our trash cans in pavers. He rerouted our downspouts to the sidewalk, resodded disturbed areas, mulched where necessary and made sure the sprinkler system was restored. He was professional, demonstrated integrity and did exactly what he said he would do. He kept us informed before and during the project and cleaned up the area at the end of each day in consideration of us and the neighbors. He did things that other companies don’t do such as a thicker base under the pavers and rebar in the concrete edging to reduce any cracking and movement. He completed everything in a timely fashion and the finished project is outstanding.
